It is unknown if a second vehicle was involved in the incident at post time. At the crash scene, the van, owned by Eversource, could be seen on its side. Debris was strewn across both lanes of the Interstate. Traffic on the southbound side was backed up to Exit 2, with cars being held at the Exit 2 onramp.
