The exact age of the Liberian national is unknown due to aliases – “Alfred Nyonee” or “D-Dog” – and inaccurate records but he is assumed to be between 22 and 35, according to marshals. He is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 130 lbs.

According to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, Nyonee was last known to be living in Manchester but his current whereabouts are unknown. He has friends, family, and associates in the Manchester area. Marshals offered a warning of caution that he had “violent tendencies.” The warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court on Sept. 1, 2015.
Nyonee, according to Manchester Ink Link, was arrested in later August after Manchester Police and SWAT descended on a West Street apartment in an attempt to find a stolen firearm. He was arrested for resisting arrest or detention. In August 2011, he was arrested in a violent rape case reportedly involving three other men. However, about a week later, the charges were dropped and the prostitute involved in the case was later charged for giving a false report, according to the UnionLeader.com.
