Walker to Speak in Concord Next Month
Wisconsin governor, potential first-in-the-nation presidential candidate to speak at GOP training.

Another potential presidential candidate is coming to the Granite State next month.
Gov. Scott Walker, R-WI, will speak at a NHGOP “training and rally” event at NHTI in Concord on March 14. Walker, according to New Hampshire Republican Committee State Chairman Jennifer Horn, will give the keynote speech at the event.
Horn said she was happy that Walker would be coming to the state.

“He has proven that he is not afraid to stand up to the liberal establishment and fight for conservative principles, no matter the consequence,” she noted. “We are proud to welcome Governor Walker to our state and look forward to an enthusiastic grassroots training session with Republicans in New Hampshire.”
Walker said he would be talking about some of the reforms that he has been able to implement in Wisconsin.

“We have a great story to tell,” he said. “I look forward to sharing our common sense conservative message with grassroots activists, and I thank the New Hampshire GOP for this exciting opportunity.”
The Grassroots Training and Rally will take place on March 14, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the New Hampshire Technical Institute.
Next week, another potential candidate, NJ Gov. Chris Christie, will be speaking at the annual Concord/Merrimack County Lincoln Reagan Dinner. Texas Gov. Rick Perry, another Republican, was in the state this week.
