UPDATE: State officials release video in an effort to demonstrate how the technology assisted in the multi-day, multi-jurisdiction manhunt.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police Department has released video of the early morning capture of a Franklin man in the capital city four days after he allegedly shot at police officers. Ryan Brouillard, 33, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2016, and charged with felony possession of a firearm, reckless conduct, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and parole violation.
Brouillard had been on the run since Dec. 28, after he allegedly shot at Franklin Police while officers were being sent to a domestic incident.
Investigators traced Brouillard to Concord on Saturday morning and captured him after tear gassing a home in a Manchester Street manufacturing home park where he had reportedly barricaded himself in. A local resident captured one of the explosions on video that was submitted to Patch on Saturday.
