Webster Man Arrested Twice In 21 Hours: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Eric Blaise Smith Jr., 34, pictured, of Merrimack Circle in Webster, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on June 1, 2019, on second-degree assault, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Broken Ground area of the city. Smith was arrested again at 3 p.m. on June 2, on a fugitive from justice charge. According to a court affidavit, Smith had an active warrant out of Oxford County in Maine, issued on Feb. 26, for probation revocation aggravated assault. He was convicted of aggravated assault in November 2013, and sentenced to three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, with three years probation, according to the state of Maine. Smith was served paperwork at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men and was scheduled to be arraigned on June 3.

Joseph Nicizanye, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on May 31, on a conduct after an accident charge on Alton Woods Drive.

Victoria Bean, born 1972, of Deerfield, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on May 30, and charged with possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Manchester Street near Banks Chevrolet.

Isaiah Roy, born 1998, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on May 29, on three bench warrants and another warrant. He was arrested at the Thirty Pines on Fisherville Road.

Kara Hanan, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on May 8, on a warrant on Fisherville Road.

Welleh Suah, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on Feb. 11, on a warrant on Jennings Drive.

Paul K. Marceau, born 1952, of Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Feb. 11, on a negligent failure to comply with sex offender registration charge.

Michelle Elaine Dunning, born 1972, of Newbury, was arrested at midnight on Feb. 11, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Loudon Road at 7-Eleven.
