Woman Arrested On DWI, Drug, Child Endangerment Charges: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Shawn E. Gilpatric, year of birth 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Brian Cahill, YOB 1999, of Kearsarge Mountain Road in Warner, was arrested at 7 p.m. on July 28, 2017, on two criminal mischief-vandalism charges and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after alleged incidents on Bluffs Drive in Penacook and North Main Street.

Amber C. Fogg, YOB 1990, of Bert Street in Hooksett, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on July 28, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, disobeying an officer, endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, resisting arrested or detention, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. She was arrested on I-93 North at the Exit 14 off-ramp.
