Laconia Woman Charged With DWI: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kyle Seymour, year of birth 1989, of Cottage Street in Laconia, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on May 19, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. She was arrested on Water Street near The Common Man Restaurant.

Virginia A. Gilpatrick, YOB 1982, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on May 20, 2017, for operating without a valid license. She was arrested after a traffic stop on South Street.

Clay Dow, YOB 1987, and Rory C. Labbe, YOB 1981, both of Concord, received a summons each at 11 a.m. on May 20, 2017, for criminal trespass for allegedly being along the railroad tracks behind D’Angelo on South Main Street.

Alexander R. Mahan, YOB 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on May 20, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested near Evolution Rock and Fitness on Langdon Street.

Shawn E. Gilpatrick, YOB 1976, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on May 20, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after alleged incidents at The Friendly Kitchen on Commercial Street and the Pizza Hut on Loudon Road.

Kimberly J. MacCartney, YOB 1966, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on May 20, 2017, for operating without a valid license and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at the Shell station on Loudon Road near Walmart.

Teghan E. Farwell, YOB 1990, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on May 20, 2017, for prowling, receiving stolen property, and falsifying physical evidence. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Thorne’s of Concord on North Main Street.
