Woman Charged with Assault After Throwing Necklace at Cop: Log

Concord Police: Shrimp and Snapple under sweatshirt, active warrant leads to arrest and woman charged with cruelty to animals.

CONCORD, NH - Allyson L. Graham, 22, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2016, on two bench warrants and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for a headlight violation at North State and School streets. Her license was suspended in October 2015 and she was convicted of DWI in Franklin District Court in September 2015. She was arraigned later that day.

Cassandra Collins, 31, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2016, for cruelty to animals and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent from an incident on Jennings Drive on Dec. 28, 2015. She’s due in court on March 21.

Keith E. Renaud, 40, of Fair Street in Laconia, received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2016, for disorderly conduct. Arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2016, was Nicole A. Manley, 33, of White Birch Drive in Gilford, for simple assault and two bench warrants. Police were sent to Ferry Street for a report that a man who kept calling 911, requesting to be arrested. On the way, the officer was driving on North Main Street when he had to stop quickly to avoid striking a man walking in the street, according to the arrest report. The officer stopped to speak to the man. “I asked the man for his name and he responded, ‘I’m Keith, I called 911,’” the officer alleged. “I asked the man for his last name and he said, ‘Just take me to probation and parole.’” Renaud was allegedly intoxicated and was charged after reportedly not assisting officers with finding a person to take custody of him. During the process, Manley arrived at the scene and was upset that he was being arrested and was willing to take custody of Renaud, according to the report. The officer was told that she could pick him up after he was bailed out. Police brought him to headquarters and then realized that Manley had active warrants, $400 cash bail. When she showed up to the police station, she was arrested. During processing, she took a metal necklace off, as requested by an officer, but it broke, according to the report. She then allegedly threw the necklace at the officer, it struck him in the arm, and she was charged with assault.

Cole L. Sisk, 43, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street on Jan. 10, 2016. Sisk is due in court on March 14.

William P. Moran, 41, of Prescott Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, for reckless conduct and conduct after an accident after at incident at North Main Street and I-393 on Jan. 11, 2016.

Patricia Polito, 47, of Moulton Street in Laconia, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, for felony willful concealment. Also arrested was James Polito, 24, of Province Road in Gilmanton, for willful concealment. Officers were called to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of a theft with a man and woman in custody. The store employee alleged that the man went into the men’s room and allegedly opened and concealed merchandise, about $83 worth of DVDs. An employee also followed Patricia Polito into the women’s room and alleged hearing her removing DVDs from packages and flushing the packaging down the toilet, according to the report. The value of the DVDs was around $93. When asked why she was allegedly stealing the DVDs, she allegedly stated, “I was going to pawn them for money.” Since she was previously convicted of receiving stolen property in 1988 in Laconia District Court and 1996 in Franklin District Court, the incident was elevated to a felony.

Sebineza Mvugira, 23, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2016, for conduct after an accident after a traffic stop at North State and Park streets for driving without any lights on. He was previously arrested for operating without a valid license twice in September 2015 and he was arrested again.

Vincent Knox, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for resisting arrest or detention and pedestrians on roadway. Officers were sent to the South Street Market on South Street for a man down in the sidewalk and in the street. They found the man with a backpack on the ground and he appeared to be sleeping. Police woke him up and he began to walk away but then came back to police. Officers went to place him in protective custody but he allegedly resisted and was arrested. While inside the police cruiser, he was allegedly kicking the door and divider, according to a court affidavit.

Ashley L. Wright, 25, of Worfield Road in Bristol, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a bench warrant. Police were sent to Hannaford for a shoplifting incident. An employee stated that a woman – later identified as Wright – allegedly stole meat, a shrimp platter, and a Snapple under her sweatshirt, valued at about $63. Wright had an active warrant for bail jumping out of Candia District Court, $2,00 cash bond. She was arrested and held.

Bernard J. Hammond, 23, of Prescott Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2015, for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention after a traffic stop for having the vehicle’s license plate lights out. The vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Loudon Road and Fort Eddy Road. Hammond was allegedly slurring his words, had bloodshot red and glossy eyes, and smelled like alcohol. He was immediately placed under arrest and held without bail.
