A passenger of one of the vehicles was injured in a crash at the I-93 Exit 14 interchange Sunday; a driver was arrested for drunken driving.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police fire and rescue teams were sent to a crash on Loudon Road early Sunday morning, which led to one person being taken to the hospital and another arrested.
Just after 1:15 a.m., fire and police dispatch began receiving reports of a crash, possibly involving two vehicles, near the onramp to Interstate 93 at Exit 14. One caller told a police dispatcher a woman was unconscious but breathing after the crash. Capital Region Fire Dispatch told EMTs heading to the area the woman was outside the vehicle and on the ground. She had a pulse and was breathing but was not responsive to police, according to scanner chatter. Other officers also arrived to assist, and the eastbound side of Loudon Road was closed.
The first responding officer confirmed a crash between a white Honda and a gray Honda Pilot SUV. The driver of the Pilot struck a utility pole.
