Wrong Side of the Road Driving Leads to DUI, Heroin Charges
Cops: Devin Levensailor was forcing other drivers off the road; this is the second time he's been busted for driving under the influence.

A local man was arrested this morning on Stark Highway North after allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road, according to police.
Devin Levensailor, 29, of Stark Highway North in Dunbarton, was arrested on June 4, 2015, and charged with driving under the influence, second offense, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and three counts of possession of a controlled drug.

According to a report, police were called to the highway around 8:45 a.m. after receiving multiple complaints about a commercial utility vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road.
“One of the witnesses, an off-duty police officer, assisted with stopping the vehicle and apprehending the suspect,” according to Sgt. Christopher Remillard of the Dunbarton Police Department.

After the traffic stop, police allegedly found a hypodermic needle, marijuana, lorazepam, methadone, and drug paraphernalia in Levensailor’s possession. Dunbarton Police were assisted by the Bow Police Department and a Drug Recognition Expert with the New Hampshire State Police.

Levensailor was later released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on June 22.

In 2013, when Levensailor was living in Weare, his license was revoked for DWI, according to the state of New Hampshire.
