Alleged Cocaine Dealer From Maine Indicted In Rockingham Court

Salem man indicted for securities fraud, Sandown man indicted for insurance fraud, and Epping woman indicted for first-degree child assault.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Jaquelle Anderson, 32, of Center Street in Methuen, MA, for felony willful concealment due to two prior convictions as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after allegedly incident at Abercrombie & Fitch at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem.

Michael Bates, 42, of Maclarnon Road in Salem, for theft by deception, securities fraud, and criminal penalties-securities, all felonies. Between October 2015, and March 2016, he allegedly obtained currency and mislead another person about a silent partner involved in an investment.

Karl Bond, 33, of Hanover Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, both felonies, allegedly while driving on Route 101 in Exeter.

Justin Boraczek, 26, of Royal Range Road in Sandown, for felony insurance fraud. Between March 2016, and June 2016, he allegedly knowingly offered misleading information to a claim for disability payments in Hampstead.

Robert E. Bowman, 33, of Chapel Street in Newmarket, for felony habitual offender allegedly on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth on Aug. 11, 2017.

Morris Bragdon, 42, of Grimes Mill Road in Caribou, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell-accomplice as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. On Aug. 16, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with James Clark and Melissa O’Neill to sell the drug in Portsmouth.

Zachary Burgoyne, 20, of Sawmill Drive in Dracut, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Raymond.

Benjamin Carter, 53, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, for felony habitual offender allegedly in Salem on June 10, 2017.

Jami Castine, 28, of Jenness Road in Epping, for first-degree assault – allegedly causing bodily injury to a child on March 1, 2016, in Epping – and tampering with witnesses and informants – for allegedly attempting to induce a female subject into withholding testimony and threatening to call DCYF after she was interviewed by police and knew she was a cooperating witness.
