Alleged Mass. Drug Dealer, Others Indicted In Rockingham County

Epping woman indicted on brutal assault charges on a child, Madbury man indicted for DWI, drugs, and Seabrook felon indicted on gun charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Bobby Boyd, 35, of Upland Place in Lynn, MA, for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, cocaine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 17, 2017, in Greenland. Previously, according to the indictment, Boyd has previously been convicted.

Christine Bradley, 33, pictured upper right, of Main Street in Groveton, on two counts of possession of controlled drugs-heroin, fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence. The charges stem from an alleged incident In Raymond on Jan. 16, 2017, after police alleged that she attempted to swallow drugs to impair an investigation.

Matthew Bradley, 37, of Kelley Corner Road in Chichester, on two felony counts of theft by deception. In March 2016, he allegedly exercised control over a Honda ATV in Northwood that was owned by another person. David M. Briere, 34, of Fellows Avenue in Hampton, on two counts of receiving stolen property, one a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, and misuse or failure to display plates. On April 28, 2017, he allegedly retained a Suzuki dirt bike and a registration sticker owned by another person and was stopped while driving on Route 286 in Seabrook.

Korin Brown, 34, with a last known address of Lawrence Road in Hudson, for felony accomplice burglary. On Sept. 23, 2016, he allegedly aided Joseph Vien in burglarizing a home on River Road in North Hampton.

Katie Bubert, 37, pictured lower right, of Linden Road in Kingston, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, Clonazepam allegedly on May 27, 2017, in Kingston.

Jarrett Budd, 27, pictured upper left, of Cleveland Hill Road in Brookline, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing duct tape and screen protector from the Home Depot in Salem on May 11, 2017. According to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before.

Joshua Bushong, 37, of Littleworth Avenue in Madbury, for felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl as well as two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor allegedly on Feb. 25, 2016, on Grafton Drive in Portsmouth. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of DWI in Dover District Court in April 2011 and Portsmouth District Court in March 2010.

Nichole Candela, 30, of Chester Road in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, a felony, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and possession of drugs-marijuana allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, on Old Chester Road in Derry.

Anthony Capobianco, 51, of Mystic Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing a Samsung television from Target in Salem on Dec. 24, 2016. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft.

Julio Carrillo, 44, pictured lower middle, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, for felon in possession of a firearm, a felony, allegedly on April 7, 2017, in Seabrook. Previously, he was convicted of a felony charge in Lawrence District Court in October 1997.

James Cassidy, 55, pictured lower left, of McLane Lane in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl as well as bail jumping. The drug charges stem from an alleged incident on May 23, 2017, in Salem. He allegedly failed to appear in Salem District Court.

Jami Castine, 28, pictured lower middle, of Jenness Road in Epping, on two counts of first-degree assault and a single count of second-degree assault. Between March and April 2016, she allegedly caused bodily injury – brain bleeds, hemorrhaging, and detached retinas – to a child under 13, that she was watching for a homeless woman.
