Alleged Concord Armed Robber Indicted: Merrimack County Court Roundup
Tennessee man indicted on numerous child rape charges, Franklin woman indicted on carfentanil, forgery charges, alleged strangler indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Brian Eldridge, 34, of Pierce Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent, two counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm, all felonies. On May 4, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly was in possession of a 9 mm pistol and two switchblades. According to the indictment, he was convicted of felony possession of a controlled drug in January 2004, in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jillian Broomstein, 27, of Central Street in Franklin, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil, fentanyl allegedly on April 11, 2017. She was also indicted on a forgery charge for allegedly issuing a check $500 against the account of another at the Franklin Savings Bank in Boscawen on April 24, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Franklin District Court in June 2010.

Steven Archambault Jr., 29, with a last known address of Public Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault. He allegedly strangled a woman on June 4, 2017, in Henniker.
Douglas Barton, 37, of Loudon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony burglary. On July 19, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Old Shaker Road in Loudon.
Nathaniel Bergeron, 21, pictured lower right, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, for felony reckless conduct. On May 16, 2017, in Epsom, he allegedly drove a vehicle at speeds approximately twice the posted speed limit while eluding law enforcement.
Justin Boraczek, 26, of Royal Range Road in Sandown, for felony perjury. On Sept. 7, 2016, he allegedly made false material statements under oath to the New Hampshire Department of Labor.
Jacob Bouchard, 23, pictured lower center, a homeless man now located in Concord, on four felony counts of armed robbery. Between May 28, and June 1, 2017, he allegedly threatened store and restaurant clerks around Concord.
Zackarie Brown, 19, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, Buprenorphine allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Franklin.
Ronald Burr, 55, pictured lower left, of Arcadia Drive in Knoxville, TN, on five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of felonious sexual, all felonies. Between April 1990 and July 1993, in Concord, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl who was between 5- and 8-year-old at the time.
