Alleged ID Fraudster, Sex Offenders Indicted In Superior Court

Manchester, Portsmouth, Plaistow habitual offenders indicted, Hooksett woman indicted on bad checks charge, Derry woman indicted for theft.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jarmain Gardner, 46, of Ledgewood Drive in Portsmouth, on two counts of habitual offender allegedly in Portsmouth on Oct. 7, 2017, and July 29, 2017, on Route 1 in Portsmouth.

Joshua F. Garrett, 37, of Lower Road in Plaistow, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Nov. 22, 2017, on Route 125 in Exeter.

Nicholas Godbout, 29, lower middle, of Pendleton Road in Laconia, on three felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, methamphetamine with intent to dispense allegedly on Sept. 16, 2017, in Salem.

Bruce W. Grimard, 43, lower left, of Ivanhoe Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony commercial bribery. Between August and September 2017, in Londonderry, while as an employee at Auto Auction of New England, he reportedly accepted or agreed to accept payments from Eduard Fandunyan, Assad El Hayek, Wissam Merhab, and Pierre Elhayek in order to allegedly credit buyer’s fees to those individuals’ accounts.

Eddie Hemingway, 35, upper right, of Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender in June and September 2017, in Portsmouth.

Bobby Joe Horn, 46, upper middle, of South Road in Deerfield, for felony failure to register as a sex offender allegedly on Sept. 21, 2017, in Deerfield.

Roland G. Iller, 29, upper left, of South Beech Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of habitual offender allegedly on I-93 in Windham on Sept. 7, 2017, and Oct. 11, 2017, in Salem.

Melanie R. Jessie, 32, of Oxbow Lane in Derry, for felony theft by deception for allegedly exchanging stolen merchandise at Walmart on Oct. 10, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, she’s been convicted of theft.
