Northwood Teen Felon Indicted On Firearm Charge: Roundup
Alleged Boscawen and Franklin assaulters indicted, Allenstown woman indicted on stolen property charge, habitual offender indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Ryan Garrison, 28, upper middle, of Old Turnpike Road in Northwood, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on July 21, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Nicholas Godbout, 29, upper left, of Hoadley Road in Belmont, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine-cocaine mix allegedly on July 6, 2017, in Concord.

Jason Goodwin, 37, of Chandler Street in Boscawen, for felony second-degree assault and simple assault. On July 19, 2017, in Franklin, he allegedly assaulted and strangled a girl by the throat.

Patricia Hardy-Bilodeau, 51, upper right, of Reagan Circle in Allenstown, for felony receiving stolen property. On March 4, 2017, she allegedly retained New Hampshire registration plates owned by another woman that she knew or believed had been stolen. Previously, according to the indictment, Hardy-Bilodeau was convicted of theft of serves in Milford District Court in August 1999 and forgery in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in April 2005.
Kyle Hammond, 26, of Central Street in Franklin, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving in Franklin on Aug. 12, 2017.
Dana Hathaway, 19, lower right, of Pheasant Lane in Northwood, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for convicted felons for allegedly possessing a firearm between April 23, and May 6, 2017, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of criminal threatening and attempting to take a firearm from a law enforcement officer.
Jordan Ingram, 30, of Grove Street in Franklin, for first-degree assault and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Aug. 16, 2017, while allegedly aided by Keenan Hibbard, he reportedly kicked and struck another man in the face causing fractures.
Ryan Latsiou, 20, with a last known address of Carter Street in Manchester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-dexmethylphenidate allegedly on July 26, 2017, in Hooksett.
