Alleged Mass. Sex Assault Suspect Arrested for Failing to Appear in Court

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department:

Stephanie R. Mercer, 30, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, was arrested on March 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a forgery charge and receiving stolen property.

Katherine A. Bayer, 24, of Grove Street in Dover, was arrested on March 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear the arraignment of a sale of heroin charge and sale of suboxone.

Joshua P. Caswell, 24, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a forgery of checks charge and theft.

Matthew Buckley, 23, of Autumn Woods Road in Salem, was arrested on March 9, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-acts prohibited.

Stephen J. Leonard III, 27, of Brown Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on March 8, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest VOP on a second-degree assault charge.

Robin Stephan, 39, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 8, 2016, on two bench warrants – one for forgery and the other for simple assault.

Eric C. Wyatt, 27, of West Hobart Street in Nashua, was arrested on March 7, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing on a conduct after an accident charge.

Michael A. Dodge, 30, of Odd Fellows Road in East Hampstead, was arrested on March 7, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-acts prohibited and open container of alcohol.

Kyle T. Dennis, 25, of Bedard Avenue of Derry, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing on a theft charge, theft, resisting arrest, and operating after suspension.

Rose M. Wood, 55, of Main Street in Epping, was arrested on March 7, 2016, for failure to appear; default to recognizance.

Nicholas J. Pappas, 22, a homeless man now located in Arlington MA, was arrested on March 7, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear, review, on a sex assault charge.
