Portsmouth Police Log: Maine Woman Arrested on Drug Charges

Plus, Somersworth woman arrested on numerous theft counts and Maine man arrested for assault, disorderly.

Christopher David, 29, of Mount Vernon Street in Dover, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2015, for unlawful wiretapping, a felony. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Wayne Rabideau, 48, of West Lebanon Road in Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on Nov. 8, for simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Edward T. McCabe, 26, of Greenleaf Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. on Nov. 12, for simple assault. Police were called to the home for a report of a man who was “off his meds” and “out of control,” as well as other things, because a relative wouldn’t give him money. Police arrived and later, arrested McCabe.

Katherine Bayer, 24, unknown address, in Somersworth, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Nov. 12, on a criminal trespass warrant. She was arrested at the Strafford County Jail.

Gabrielle R. Andolina, 20, of Camerons Way in Somersworth, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Nov. 12, on two counts of willful concealment, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, three counts of theft by deception, attempt to commit, and two counts of theft. She was arrested at the Strafford County Jail.

She was re-arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with unarmed robbery and willful concealment.

Laura Daiello, 53, of Sycamore Lane in Kennebunk, ME, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Nov. 12, was arrested for penalties; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested after a traffic stop on I-95 northbound. She was released on a summons.

She was arrested again at 1:14 a.m. on Nov. 13, on a possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, at the police station after more drug were allegedly items were found in a purse, according to police.

Ronald L. Ahlquist, 39, of Union Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Nov. 12, for receiving stolen property and willful concealment. A Lafayette Road business reported that a man had been stealing merchandise for the past year and a half. The man, Ahlquist, allegedly admitted to the thefts and provided a list of some of the items taken. He was later arrested.
