Alleged Rapists, Others Indicted In Rockingham County Court
Plus, alleged title fraudster from Exeter, alleged Lynnfield burglary, alleged Durham teen drug dealer, and habitual offender, all indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Robert Doucette, 39, of Salem Street in Lynnfield, MA, on three counts of burglary and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, as well as possession of burglary tools. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Feb. 26, 2017, at Market Basket in Seabrook, April 22, 2017, at Quicksilver Fine Jewelry and Gifts in North Hampton, and May 16, 2017, at Cigarette City in Seabrook.
James M. Dow, 49, lower right, of Hemlock Street in Exeter, for title fraud, extended term of imprisonment fraudulent use of a credit card, and extended term of imprisonment receiving stolen property, all felonies, as well as extended term of imprisonment theft by unauthorized taking. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Exeter where Dow allegedly used credit cards issued to another person and sold a pickup truck. Dow pleaded guilty to a theft charge in December 2019. In January 2024, his sentence was amended to a three-and-a-half-to-seven-year sentence suspended until December 2029.

Kristi Ellis, 34, of Fife’s Lane in South Berwick, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on Aug. 27, 2017, in Hampton.

Chance A. Ennis, 19, of Cartland Road in Durham, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell, both felonies, as well as unlawful possession/intoxication. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Sept. 1, 2017, in Exeter.
Abdul Faraji, 31, lower middle, of Cimarron in Seabrook, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault, both felonies, as well as sexual assault. Between Aug. 9, and Aug. 31, 2017, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl under 16.
Christopher Foote, 26, lower right, of Seabreeze Drive in North Hampton, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, second-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault, and domestic violence, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault. Between July 1, and July 31, 2017, he allegedly raped a woman, who was an intimate partner, while strangling her, struck her in the face with a baseball bat, and pulled her hair.
John Forian, 53, of Zagraella Circle in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Jan. 1, 2017, in Portsmouth.
William Fuller, 52, of Kittery, ME, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, cocaine allegedly on July 15, 2017, in North Hampton.
Anthony Giardina III, 64, of Elaine Street in Hampton, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Sept. 26, 2017, on Lafayette Road in North Hampton.
