South Carolina Men Indicted For Witness Tampering: Roundup

North Hampton man indicted on knife threat charge, Epping man indicted for scratching a child, Maine man indicted on drug dealing charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Steven D. Castine, 34, lower left, and Timothy Castine, 57, lower middle, both of Hampton Bridge Way in Conway, SC, for felony tampering with witnesses. On Oct. 6, 2017, they allegedly attempted to induce a witness to without testimony.

Daniel Cavallaro, 29, of Old Cart Path Road in Epping, for felony second-degree assault as well as extended term of imprisonment-domestic violence. On May 27, 2017, he allegedly scratched a child’s face and put his hands around the child’s neck.

James Clark, 42, of Hines Street in Washburn, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell-accomplice. On Aug. 16, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with Morris Bragdon and Melissa O’Neill to sell the drug in Portsmouth.

Francisco Collado-Duran, 32, lower right, of Osgood Street in Methuen, MA, for felony falsifying physical evidence – allegedly concealing or removing stolen sunglasses from his possession – on Oct. 14, 2017, in Salem.

John J. Conway, 47, of Cedar Grove Street in Dorchester, MA, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice allegedly on May 16, 2017. He allegedly worked in concert with Robert Doucette to steal a trash bag full of Marlboro cigarettes from Cigarette City in Seabrook.

Nancy Ann Denault, 59, of Coffin Road in Epping, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam as well as two counts of drunk driving on Route 125 in Epping on Sept. 27, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of DUI in November 2013, in Brentwood District Court.

Mauricio Diaz, 36, of Joseph Street in Manchester, on two counts of issuing bad checks, one a felony, allegedly in January 2017, for writing checks with insufficient funds.

Scott Doan, 63, of Mill Road in North Hampton, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening. On Oct. 29, 2017, he allegedly threatened a person with a knife and stabbed the knife into a door that another person was behind.
