Derry Man Indicted For Alleged Scissors Threat, Assault Charges

Plus, alleged Seabrook thief, alleged Londonderry burglar, and alleged Haverhill assaulter indicted in Rockingham County Court.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Melody A. Knapp, 25, of Linlew Drive in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 21, 2017, in Salem.

George M. Lashomb, 49, of Pine Street in Seabrook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. He allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on June 20, 2017.

Shannon Lawson, 33, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine as well as driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer allegedly on Route 125 in Epping on June 2, 2017.

Jonathan Lyons, 27, of Laraway Court in Derry, on four felony counts of receiving stolen property as well as possession of marijuana. On June 29, and July 25, 2017, in Derry, he allegedly retained the property – a backpack full of items including a computer, as well as other items like gift cards, an iPod, movie passes, and other items – of other people. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft.

Joshua Mailhot, 29, of Hall Road in Londonderry, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as suspension of registration of vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension. On Nov. 3, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Capitol Hill Drive in Londonderry. The theft – jewelry, silver certificates, and a Fitbit – and driving charges were from Jan. 13, 2017, on Gardner Circle in Londonderry.

Brian Malcolm, 23, of Linlew Drive in Derry, for domestic violence-criminal threatening and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime, both felonies, as well as four counts of domestic violence-simple assault. On June 11, 2017, he allegedly threatened a family member with scissors and assaulted others in Derry.

Katherine McGregor, 70, of South Elm Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony reckless conduct as well as resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and simple assault upon a law enforcement officer. On May 22, 2017, in Salem, she allegedly drove a Toyota Camry toward an officer causing him to jump out of the way as well as striking him in the face with her hand.

Stephanie McMahon, 39, of Linlew Drive in Derry, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly between March 6, and March 7, 2017, and March 13, and March 14, 2017, in Salem, while working as a resident assistant at a long-term care facility.

Nicolo Medaglia, 25, of Maple Street in Merrimac, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 29, 2017, in Plaistow.
