Men Indicted On Child Rape Charges In Rockingham County
Plus, Northwood and Newton men also indicted on threat charges and a Seabrook man as indicted for allegedly stealing fireworks.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Ryan K. Hall, 20, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 5, 2016, in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of a drug offense.
Joanne Harden, 47, of Karatzas Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 1, 2016, in Salem.

Charles Harrison, 46, of Generations Drive in Elk Grove, CA, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, and two counts of attempted felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between January 2010, and September 2012, he allegedly raped, and fondled, and attempted to get a girl to touch him in Hampton.

Henry Hernandez, 26, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, for theft by deception and identity fraud, both felonies, allegedly on April 7, 2017, at Plaistow Power Sports in Plaistow involving the unauthorized use of a Yamaha Raptor while posing as another.
Patricia Hill, 38, of Exeter Road in Epping, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies. Between June 28, and July 19, 2016, in Plaistow, she allegedly pawned jewelry and exercised unauthorized control over currency that was the property of Plaistow Trade and Pawn and the Rockingham Trading Post.
Shawn Jenkins, 45, of Smith Corner Road in Newton, for reckless conduct and criminal threatening-domestic violence, both felonies, as well as domestic violence. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Dec. 17, and Dec. 21. 2016, in Newton, involving an intimate partner and threats with a knife.
Brian Johnson, 40, of Pembroke Drive in Derry, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly fondling a girl under 13 and having her touch him between July 2008 and July 2012, in Derry.
Joshua Kean, 32, of 38th Street West in Bradenton, FL, for incest and two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. In 2006, he allegedly raped a teenager at the time in Londonderry.
George M. Lashomb, 49, of Pine Street in Seabrook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly exercising unauthorized control over fireworks owned by Fantasy Fireworks in Seabrook between May 1, and June 10, 2016. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Michelle Legault, 40, of Wakefield Street in Rochester, for felony theft by deception for allegedly attempting to deprive Macy’s in Newington of a gift card on Oct. 13, 2016. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
Patrick Linton, 52, of Big Buck Road in Northwood, on two felony counts of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and simple assault. On Feb. 8, 2017, in Northwood, he allegedly pointed a firearm at a woman’s face, pushed her, and held his arm across her face, and held a knife to the throat of a man.
