Hampton Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide-DUI Charge: Roundup
Plus: Derry woman indicted on reckless conduct charge; accused Stratham burglar indicted; Dover, Fremont, other residents face drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Seth A. Stokes, 34, of South Road in Fremont, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam charge on May 31, 2019, in Brentwood.
Elizabeth A. Strom, 46, of Crystal Avenue in Derry, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. She's accused of striking another person with a motor vehicle on April 1 in Derry.

Carl Sutkus, 28, pictured upper middle, of Reader Drive in Stratham, on four counts of felony burglary. He's accused of entering four Space Station Storage units in Newfields between June 30 and July 16.
Robert Twombly, 39, left, of McKenna Street in Dover, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 6 in North Hampton.

Kevin Valarezo, 35, of Hancock Street in Derry, on a felony habitual offender charge as well as two misdemeanor counts of disobeying an officer. He's accused of driving on I-93 in Windham on Aug. 4, 2018, and not stopping for police and state troopers.
Christopher Wadleigh, 27, of Towle Avenue in Hampton on negligent homicide and manslaughter-driving under the influence charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving more than 100 mph, while under the influence, crashing his vehicle, causing the death of Ashley Shunk in Candia on May 1.
Michael Waselchuck, 31, of Cynthia Circle in Seabrook, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of receiving or retaining two New Hampshire vehicle registrations belonging to another person on Sept. 1 in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on two theft of property or services.
Kayn L. Whitney, 23, upper right, of North Road in Lancaster, on on count of controlled drug acts prohibited-fentanyl and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident on April 30 in Salem.
