High School Guidance Counselor Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges

Plus, alleged Somersworth stalker, Seabrook man facing domestic assault charges, and Manchester woman with drug, theft charges all indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Cody Sanborn, 21, of Chickadee Lane in East Lebanon, ME, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Nov. 11, 2016, in Raymond.

Jessica J. Senter, 29, of North Road in Sandown, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing jewelry sometime between Oct. 1, and Nov. 4, 2016, in Sandown, after twice being convicted of theft.

Krystal Silva, 36, of Howe Street in Methuen, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 22, 2017, in Salem. Carl Sutkus, 26, of River Road in Stratham, for felony burglary. On May 13, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a residence on Raeder Drive in Stratham.

John Theos, 36, of Water Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam allegedly on May 21, 2017, in Raymond.

Peter Theriault, 37, lower right, of Turgeon Lane in Somersworth, two felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants as well as two counts of stalking and detention and sanctions for default or breach of conditions. On Nov. 5, 2016, and between May 20, and May 31, 2017, he allegedly attempted to induce a person who had a protective order against him to withhold testimony.

Kristie Torbick, 38, lower left, of James Farm Road in Lee, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly digitally penetrating a female high school student in Exeter and Epping on Dec. 30, 2016.

Angela Tremblay, 32, lower center, of MacGregor Street in Manchester, for robbery, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, all felonies. On April 29, 2017, she was arrested on a drug possession charge. On May 27, 2017, she allegedly robbed a shopper at the Londonderry Market Basket and dragged the woman along with her car. On May 29, 2017, she allegedly was in possession of drugs and retained a vehicle that she knew had been stolen in Salem.

Telly Tsoronis, 40, of Boarderwinds Avenue in Seabrook, for felony criminal restraint as well as four counts of domestic violence and criminal threatening. On July 5, 2017, he allegedly kept an intimate partner inside of a home against her will while continuing to physical abuse her, according to the indictment. The abuse allegedly including a grab to the throat, a punched arm, being thrown against the basement stairs, and a squeezed arm.

Jinette Valentin, 40, of Dewey Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam allegedly on May 2, 2016, in Salem.
