Hudson Man Indicted On Road Rage Gun Threat Charge: Court
Londonderry, Portsmouth, Rye drug indictments; man indicted on Salem burglary, theft charges; indictment in Epping health club theft case.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Wayne Miller, 31, of Constitution Drive in Londonderry on a felony possession of clonazepam charge and obstruct government administration charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and interfering with police officers by “aggressively shouting” at them, “I guess I’ll go get the weapons then,” on July 2, 2021, in Londonderry.
John M. Murray, 27, of Washington Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on burglary, falsifying physical evidence, possession of buprenorphine, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the Salem police impoundment lot, stealing various video games from a U-haul truck seized by police, and stealing items from Best Buy in Salem, on Feb. 23 after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

James Matthew Neider, 28, of Hayden Lane in Milford on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Salem on Sept. 22, 2021.
Christy Olden, 49, of Meaderboro Road in Farmington on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 25, 2020, in Rye.

Bradley Dale Paradise, 54, of Islington Street in Portsmouth on a felony meth possession as well as possession of less than 3/4 of an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hashish and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges at Walmart in Newington on July 13.
Yunieski Perez Perez, 29, of Old Post Road in Louisville, Kentucky, on a felony conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident in Seabrook on March 2.
Matthew Justin Perry, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on four felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items owned by others on Oct. 19, 2021, at the Zoo Health Club in Epping.
Brendon D. Porter, 30, of Rayes Drive in Hudson on a criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person’s vehicle in Windham on Nov. 26, 2021, during a road rage incident while stating, “now you see, get out, and find out what is going to happen,” or words to that effect.
Ryan Patrick Raiche, 39, of Beechstone in Portsmouth on a felony possession of amphetamine charge on Sept. 18, 2021, in Danville.
September J. Reynolds, 45, of West Grand Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, on a felony unauthorized use of propelled vehicle charge. He was accused of refusing to return a Hertz Chrysler Town and Country minivan between Sept. 28, 2020, and Feb. 27, 2021, in Londonderry.
Ryan J. Ricard, 34, of Willowdale Avenue in Tyngsboro, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl and driving under the influence charges on Dec. 16, 2020, in the Rockingham Plaza parking lot in Salem.
