Derry, Plaistow Men Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court

Salem drug indictments; Mass. man indicted on robbery charges in Derry; Barrington man indicted after a baseball bat attack in Deerfield.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Izan Kozicz, 21, of Highland Avenue in Derry on two counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, seven counts of felonious sexual assault, and three counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, all felonies. Between Aug. 1, and Sept. 30, 2020, he was accused of repeatedly fondling and raping a child; on Jan. 17, and April 4, 2018, he was accused of using Discord to communicate with the girl to entice sexual activity; and on March 10 and March 23, 2018, he was accused of sending photos of his private parts to the girl in Derry.

Anthony Warren Lynch, 40, of Silvestri Circle in Derry on a felony possession of amphetamine charge on Nov. 22, 2016, in Derry.

Joel Mora Aguilar, 33, of Dena Drive in Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested on a felony criminal theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of agreeing with Yunieski Perez Perez and Dioryjs Rodriguez Calderin to steal property from Ulta in Seabrook on March 2.

Joshua Scott Akerman-Steele, 33, of Fourth Street in Bristol on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Stage Road in Nottingham after being deemed a habitual offender on Jan. 15.

Kent Oscar Anderson, 38, of Elm Street in Amesbury, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on March 15, 2021.

Alex Barrera Silva, 41, of Main Street in Plaistow of two counts of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, tampering with witnesses and informants, second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, all felonies, as well as simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Plaistow on Oct. 31, 2019. Between Nov. 15, and Dec. 19, 2019, he was accused of attempting to influence the victim to “make her story less bad” so he didn’t go to jail or words to that effect. He was accused of attempting to rape a child as well as grabbing her feet and legs on Dec. 15, 2021.

Devaughn Johnson, 27, of Primrose Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on accomplice-robbery and two counts of robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of working with Ryan Watts, Christopher Matthew Lewin, Brandon Watts, and-or Steven Joseph Stefanelli Jr. to use physical force to steal a shotgun, sword, a Play Station, and a guitar on Nov. 5, 2020, in Derry.

Scott A. Johnson, 43, with a last known address of Island Street in Keene on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of obtaining control over store credit by returning a shaver stolen at Walmart in Plaistow on Dec. 9, 2018. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Theodore Karakostas, 59, of Franklin Pierce Highway in Barrington on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a baseball bat while attempting to open a vehicle’s door while the victim was sitting inside and-or hitting the vehicle with the bat on Dec. 8, 2021, in Deerfield.

Andrew M. Kehoe, 50, of Marshwood Avenue in Eliot, Maine, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of the Circle Discount Store in Seabrook on Dec. 11, 2021.

David R. Kerrins, 41, of Swan Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of clonazepam and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 1, 2020, in Salem.

Kristy Lee Kivlin, 28, of Elmont in Dorchester, MA, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 30, 2021, in Salem.
