Massachusetts Man Indicted On Lewdness Charge: Court Roundup

NY man indicted on organized retail crime enterprise charge; Merrimack man faces strangulation charge; drug, habitual offender indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently.

Stevan Lonie, 20, of London Court in Merrimack was indicted on second-degree assault and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman and keeping her confined on July 7 in Merrimack.

Kevin Manco, 32, of 5th Avenue in Flushing, New York, on organized retail crime enterprise and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of conspiring with Mayerli Manco to steal more than $1,500 worth of items from the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall on Feb. 26.

Jeremy Menento, 34, of Conant Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 30 in Hudson.

Robert C. Meserve, 45, of Knightsbridge Drive in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 3 in Nashua.

Craig Pearson, 38, of Coolidge Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 11 in Merrimack.

Matthew Perry, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Somerset Parkway in Nashua on Dec. 16, 2020, and Main Street in Nashua on May 11 while a habitual offender.

Matthew Paulino, 34, of Silvestri Circle in Derry on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine charges on May 18 in Nashua.

Larry Powell, 34, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 12 in Nashua.

Marc Reposa, 53, of Allen Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of purposely sending images and videos of his penis and of himself pleasuring himself to an underage child in Nashua between Nov. 1, 2017, and March 10, 2018.

Dujae Richards, 29, of Willow Street in Manchester on fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by unauthorized taking, and eight identity fraud charges, all felonies. Richards was accused of targeting an elderly resident of Nashua to access their financial resources and property between Aug. 19, 2020, and Feb. 23.

Victor Rosario, 29, of Lock Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on May 22, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Shawn Scholefield, 39, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 8 in Nashua.
