Manchester Man Indicted On Rape, Strangulation Charges: Court

Plus: ID fraud cases; Florida woman indicted on forgery in Seabrook, other charges; Oklahoma indicted on a burglary charge in Derry.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Sarina Lisa Kol, 33, of Gage Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on an attempted simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charge. She was accused of trying to kick or sweeping a Salem police detective on March 14.

Kylie M. Kramer, 26, of Main Street in Amesbury, MA, on a felony possession of a fentanyl charge on Jan. 14 in Windham.

Steven Lacroix, 31, of Village Circle Way in Manchester on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges, all felonies, as well as two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of raping, strangling, and assaulting an intimate partner between Sept. 26 and Sept. 27, 2020, in Derry.

Patrick W. Lanzetta, 74, of Ridge Road in New Durham on computer-related offenses and unlawful use of controlled drug prescription, health, and safety program charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a computer to access another person’s confidential health care information in Portsmouth on Sept. 25, 2017.

Roderick J. MacDonald, 46, of Moore Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on felony motor vehicles; penalties, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor; driving operating with excess alcohol concentration charges. He was accused of driving in Windham on Lowell Road on March 17.

Melonie Renee Mahfouz, 44, of Barefoot Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, on two forgery and identity fraud felony charges as well as two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges in Seabrook on Oct. 2, 2017.

Annmarie Bernette Marshall, 49, of Garin Terrace in Lowell, MA, on a felony bail jumping charge. She was accused of failure to appear in court after being released on bail on Feb. 5 in Brentwood.

Kaitlyn McGovern, 28, of East Main Street in Norman, Oklahoma, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing B&H Oil and-or Dunkin’ Donuts in Derry on Sept. 25, 2018.

Daniel Melican, 49, of Drakeside in Hampton on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of stealing another person’s Social Security number to obtain credit cards in the other person’s name between Oct. 1, 2018, and Jan. 15, 2019, in Hampton.

Scott Everett Miller, 36, of Nason Road in Hampton Falls on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 30, 2020, in Seabrook.

Daniel Morales, 47, of Main Street in Springfield, MA, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another and using their New Jersey license to obtain a debit card in Newington on May 2.
