Londonderry Man Indicted On Dozens Of Child Rape Charges: Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Benjamin Hatch, 26, of Moose Lane in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Portsmouth on Nov. 13, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Jocelyn Leigh Howard, 20, of Crystal Springs Road in Somersworth on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 7, 2020, in Newington.

Zachary Adam Jabour, 31, of James Road in Fremont on a felony tampering with witnesses or informants charge. He was accused of criminally threatening another person in retaliation for providing information to Fremont police between Jan. 10 and Jan. 16.

Kevin Kuzil, 32, of Grace Road in Wilmot Flat on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense, subsequent offense, charge on Dec. 18, 2020, in Salem.

James Kweedor, 38, of Pinewood Road in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing rice from Market Basket in Salem on Jan. 11, 2020, after twice before, being convicted on theft charges.

Steven Lacroix, 31, of Village Circle Way in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Derry on July 15, 2020.

Cheryl Ann Lawson, 36, of Ciley Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing credit cards from a purse on May 7, 2019, in Londonderry. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Joyce Lebel, 63, of Middle Road in Deerfield on four felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. She was accused of firing several shots from a revolver in the direction of four other people on March 14, 2020, in Deerfield.

Dale Levasseur, 38, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on 20 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a single count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and four counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between January 2009 and February 2017 in Derry and Londonderry and raping a boy between June 2003 and September 2004 at a community center in Derry and a location on Martin Street in Derry.

Lace Meattey, 36, of Flat Rock Bridge Road in Rochester on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, and crack cocaine, with intent to distribute in Kingston on Dec. 6, 2020.

Kevin Munroe, 62, of Epping Road in Exeter on possession of hydrocodone and possession of oxycodone charges, both felonies, in Exeter on Feb. 1, 2019.

Richard N. Nerese, 37, of Middle Street in Weymouth, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Dec. 19, 2020, in Brentwood.

Cyrissa Nicholson, 37, of Church Street in Rockland, MA, on a simple assault-extended term charge. She was accused of slapping a cellphone out of another person’s hand, punching the person, pushing them to the ground, and grabbing their hard scarf, being motivated by the other person’s religion in Salem on July 31, 2020.

Matthew James Nutile, 28, of Lexington Street in Auburndale, MA, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on July 22, 2020, in Salem.

Leo Anthony Pacheco, 43, of South Martin Road in Amesbury, MA, on felony possession of psilocybin mushroom charge on Sept. 12, 2020, in Candia.

Wendy Parker, 46, of Fisher Drive in Epping on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge on Fremont Road in Epping on Sept. 14, 2020.
