Newmarket Man Arrested On Second-Degree Assault, Other Charges

Plus, Maine man arrested on drug premise charge, Portsmouth man charged with marital non-support, and Mass. man arrested on warrants.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Jorge Antonio Llavina Torres, 31, of Preble Street in South Portland, ME, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def. sent. on an original charge of controlled premise where drugs kept.

Sean S. Alkire, 22, of Haigh Road in Brentwood, was arrested at Dec. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of burglary.

Daniel H. Fowler, 20, of Exeter Road in South Hampton, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

James P. Maccausland, 52, of Court Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on Dec. 11, 2017, for contempt capias marital non-support.

Michael Bukoiemski, 49, of Mount Pleasant Street in Billerica, MA, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of theft and two bench warrants out of Hampton for operating after suspension and operating after revocation.

Rachel A. Bemis, 35, of Central Street in Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for fentanyl possession and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by unauthorized taking.

Vincent W. Casazza, 21, pictured, of Grant Road in Newmarket, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of receiving stolen property, on a judge’s order to arrest for second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a reckless conduct with a motor vehicle charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for second degree assault, on a judge’s order to arrest for reckless conduct with a motor vehicle, on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for failure to appear at the status conference on an original charge of receiving stolen property, a bench warrant out of Exeter for controlled drug act, and a bench warrant out of Portsmouth for credit card fraud.

Sarah B. Mitzel, 31, of Haverhill Road in Chester, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of false scrips.
