Portsmouth, Hampstead Men Indicted For Second-Degree Assault
Plus, felon with weapon indicted on drug charge, Fremont indicted on drug charges, and habitual offenders from around the state indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Leon Burgess, 31, of Collette’s Drive in Hampstead, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as three counts of simple assault. On Dec. 11, 2017, he allegedly strangled, punched, dragged, and pushed an intimate partner out a door in Hampstead.
Troy Burpee, 41, of Martin Street in Manchester, for habitual offender and two counts possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine, fentanyl-subsequent, all felonies, as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and disobeying an officer allegedly on April 9, 2017, in Epping. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in the District of Columbia.

Robin Butruccio, 59, a homeless woman now located in Haverhill, MA, for felony habitual offender as well as unauthorized use of a motor vehicle allegedly on Nov. 19, 2017, in Plaistow.
Brice S. Chase, 29, of Whittier Road in Tamworth, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon-firearm and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, as well as transporting drugs in motor vehicle allegedly on Sept. 7, 2017, in Stratham. According to the indictment, he was convicted of armed robbery, burglary, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon in Carroll County Superior Court as well as unarmed robbery in Middlesex County Superior Court.

Kyle Coleman, 52, of Edward J. Roy Drive in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – allegedly more than 17 cartons of cigarettes from Convenience Plus in Londonderry between Aug. 1, and Oct. 16, 2017.
Maureen Cole, 60, of Route 27 in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 20, 2017, in Raymond.
Bradley T. Coll, 45, of Old Stoddard Road in Nelson, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on I-93 in Salem on Nov. 29, 2017.
Gino Costarelli, 18, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for felony dispensing of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Oct. 10, 2017, in Derry.
Maurice Crispin, 24, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of second-degree assault for allegedly striking another person in the head and face on Dec. 22, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Daniel Croston, 38, of Whittier Drive in Fremont, for delivery of articles prohibited and three counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, buprenorphine, clonazepam, all felonies. On Nov. 18, 2017, he allegedly concealed drugs while in prison at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
