Sheriffs Arrest Alleged Forger

The following people were arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs recently:

Elenizete B. Costa, 52, of Broadway in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Paul Descoteaux, 36, of McKinley Drive in Derry, was arrested on a warrant from another agency on Jan. 28, 2016.

Benjamin J. Dennison, 25, of Western Avenue in Dover, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2016, for delivery of articles prohibited.

Troy Nestor, 33, of Place Lane in Woburn, MA, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP theft and VOP receiving stolen property.

Jonah P. Welby, 26, of President Road in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a heroin possession charge and failure to appear on a possession of psilocin charge.

Amanda L. Avelar, 24, of Lund Drive in Hudson, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Brigham Y. Eckhardt, 40, of Brown Road in Wilton, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge and driving under the influence.

Paul E. Silva, 37, of Forest Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2016, on a VOP theft charge.

Theodore J. Jagacki, 32, of Beaudine Court in Rochester, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent violation on a forgery charge.

Jedediah L. Selke, 41, of Fairview Street in Laconia, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a fentanyl possession charge.

Caitlyn F. Dalrymple, 29, of North Amherst Street in Bedford, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest on failure to appear on a possession of fentanyl charge.

Ross R. Parson, 24, of Main Street in Hampstead, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, for speeding, two counts of after market-tinted glass prohibited, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container of alcohol.

Nicole A. Raymond, 28, of Stagebrush Drive in Rochester, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, for delivery of articles prohibited.
