Sheriffs Arrest Exeter Man on Drug Dealing Charge

Manchester man charged with contempt capias for uninsured medical expenses and a Hampstead woman faces theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

John Coughlin, 38, of Walnut Street in Manchester, was arrested at Dec. 2, 2016, for contempt capias-marital-uninsured medical expenses.

Ashley L. Lavoie, 30, of Randall Lane in Hampstead, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sentence on a theft charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP theft.

Leslie A. Connor, 55, of Barton Street in Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an operating while a habitual offender charge.

Jocelyn Brown, 32, of Chandler Avenue in Plaistow, was arrested on Dec. 1, 2016, for reckless operation.

Tabauhris K. Delrosario, 21, pictured, of Oak Street in Exeter, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-impose sentence on a possession of marijuana with intent to sell charge.

Geoffrey A. Sypher, 35, of Ingham Hill Road in Essex, CT, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of theft by deception.

Siobhan E. Farrell, 19, of Blake’s Hill Road in Northwood, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2016, for speeding (16 to 20 mph over 55 limit) and transport drugs in a motor vehicle.
