Sheriffs Arrest Lawrence Man On Kidnapping, Firearm Charges

Plus: Seabrook arrested on protective order violation charges; judge order Exeter man arrested on forgery, other charges; and other arrests.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Kristen Leigh Temple, 37, of Central Street in Farmington, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2019, on four felonies first warrants for failure to appear at the status of a heroin charge, methamphetamine possession, Xanac possession, suboxone possession, and fentanyl possession.

Edward Charles Gughran, 48, of Fremont Road in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 31 on a judge's order to arrest for civil-failure to appear.

Joshua Michael Labbe, 27, of Beech Hill in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 30 on a judge's order to arrest for vop hearing on an original charge of forgery and a felonies first warrant for failure to appear disp. on an original charge of attempted sale of marijuana-second warrant.

Justin Dante Robles, 29, of Valley Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 30 on two felonies first warrants for bail revocation on a second-degree assault charge and two counts of simple assault.

Raul Eduardo Delgado, 36, of Alsace Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 29 on a judge's order to arrest for vop on an original charge of sale of oxycodone and failure to appear disp. on an original charge of fentanyl possession.

Antoinette Marie Rosa, 29, of Stonewall Way in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 26 on a felonies first warrant on a failure to appear disp. on an original charge of heroin possession.

Stephanie Marie Dumas, 29, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 24 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear plea-sent. on a forgery charge.

Pelegrin Papo Diaz Jr., 48, of Moody Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on Oct. 24 on three judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an armed robbery charge, felonious use of a firearm, and kidnapping.

Michael Ghareib, 20, transient in the Seabrook area, was arrested on Oct. 20 on six felonies first warrants for failure to appear at plea-sent-on a violation of a protective order charge, criminal trespass, failure to appear at the plea-sent on a burglary charge-second warrant, theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and criminal trespass charges.
