Derry Woman Arrested on 13 Forgery Counts: Sheriffs

Seabrook woman arrested for failing to appear on a willful concealment charge; Antrim, Lowell, and Bangor residents face drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Timothy Obin, 55, of Chapel Hill Road in Plymouth, MA, was arrested on March 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Shannon N. Presutti, 39, of Wheellock Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of forgery.

Lynsi A. Knowles, 33, of Lower Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Feb. 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a willful concealment charge.

Brittany L. Willette, 27, of Chestnut Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Feb. 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sent on an original charge of heroin possession and on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for bail revocation on a heroin possession charge.

David K. Martel, 33, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

James N. Tsoupas II, 39, of Short Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing on an original charge of burglary.

Rebekah L. Foster, 36, of Silvestre Street in Derry, was arrested on Feb. 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest on 13 counts of forgery, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of theft, and on a judge’s order to arrest for heroin possession.

Alyssa M. Robichaud, 26, of Cross Road in Antrim, was arrested on Feb. 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of possession of fentanyl.

Christopher P. Wehunt, 36, of Burleigh Road in Bangor, ME, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of methamphetamine and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of heroin.
