Derry, Franklin, Seabrook Men Arrested on Marital Non-Support Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Richard W. Larhette Jr., 24, of Henry Taylor Road in Salem, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Buprenorphine.

Kimberly A. Cellura, 28, of Joliette Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP heroin possession.

Jason M. Arnold, 37, of South Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Richard A. McNeil, 34, of Riverside Drive in Fremont, was arrested on Jan. 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an operating while deemed a habitual offender, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on DUI, and a bench warrant out of Derry for operating while deemed a habitual offender.

Christopher Aiken, 39, of South Main Street in Franklin, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Kenneth L. Hebert, 42, pictured, of Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, was arrested on Dec. 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP possession of cocaine.

John D. Lampiris, 50, of Windsor Lane in Brentwood, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2016, for operating after certification as a habitual offender, unregistered vehicle, uninspected vehicle, and a bench warrant out of Exeter District Court for simple assault.

Joshua C. Giles, 29, of South Street in Derry, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Mark K. Wright, 53, of the Court Street Homeless Shelter in Boston, MA, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing for controlled premise-drug kept.

Lynsi A. Knowles, 33, of Lower Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a shoplifting charge.
