Sheriffs Arrest Alleged Drug Dealers

BRENTWOOD, NH - The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested the following people recently:

Joseph C. Barrus, 25, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, was arrested on April 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a forgery charge.

David K. Martel, 32, of Forest Street in Keene, was arrested on April 16, 2016, on a contempt capias-marital non-support charge.

Derick A. Neary, 28, of Leslie Circle in Derry, was arrested on April 15, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support and contempt capias-second warrant, non-support.

Nikolas R. Carr, 21, of Burnham Intervale Road in Hopkinton, was arrested on April 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

Anthony W. Sylvester, 35, of Lafayette Square in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on April 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-possession of controlled drug and VOP-theft.

Alekzander H. Newell, 24, of Glenn Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested on April 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Clonazepam charge and judge’s order to arrest for marijuana possession.

Jordan Eastman, 21, of Mankill Brook Road in Plaistow, was arrested on April 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-possession with intent to sell and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Kristin T. Chase, 32, of Walnut Avenue in North Hampton, was arrested on April 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited.

James Stanley, 59, of Cross Street in Salem, was arrested on April 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest on a failure to appear on a theft charge.

David A. Messineo, 46, of Lafayette Road in Rochester, was arrested on April 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for delivery of articles prohibited, and failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine charge.

Bradley M. Tyrrell, 52, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested on April 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-possession of fentanyl.
