Derry Woman, Others Arrested by Sheriffs on Drug Charges
Plus, Northwood man charged with civil violation of a court order of periodic payments and alleged Mass. forger also charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs recently.
Christine Desesa, 49, of Broad Street in Nashua, was arrested on March 24, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of a theft charge.

Erica E. Lake, 28, of Silvestre Circle in Derry, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of failure to appear at a status hearing on an original possession of fentanyl charge.
James P. Heskey, 41, of Elizabeth Drive in Northborough, MA, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of forgery of checks, on a judge’s order to arrest for forgery of checks, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of forgery, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft by deception charge.

Gregory Driscoll, 54, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil violation of a court order of periodic payments.
Dakota L. Augusta, 25, of Boyd Road in Derry, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
Rebekah Foster, 36, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested on March 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of forgery and heroin possession.
John H. Doherty, 45, of School Street in Effingham, was arrested on March 21, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle.
Mark Hendricks, 54, of North Main Street in Newton, was arrested on March 20, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.
