Hampton Man Arrested by Sheriffs for Marital Non-Support

Plus, CT man fails to appear at burglary charge, Kingston man fails to appear in drug court, and Portsmouth woman faces legal fees charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriffs recently.

Nicholas W. Lemoine, 31, of Exeter Road in Hampton, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2017, for contemp capias-marital non-support.

James E. Curit, 32, of Lefevre Drive in Kingston, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of conduct after an accident.

Daniel L. Sage, 25, of Union Avenue in Laconia, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation on an original charge of criminal threatening with a knife and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of domestic violence.

Stephanie M. Appleby, 26, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Joseph T. Vanscoy Jr., 36, of Plainfield Pike in Plainfield, CT, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charge.
