Mass. Man Fails to Appear at Fentanyl Sale Charge: Sheriffs
Epping woman arrested on legal fees charge, Maine woman failed to appear at falsifying charge, Hampton man failed to appear at drug charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.
Kathryn R. Wood, 29, of Chandler Lane in Epping, was arrested on Sept. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Jonathan Maria, 33, pictured, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea-sentencing on a acc. sale of fentanyl charge.
Lisa M. Lambert, 39, of Foss Street in Biddeford, ME, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for falsifying evidence and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.

Daniel L. Sage, 25, of Charles Street in Laconia, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a domestic assault charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a criminal threatening with a deadly weapons charge, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a domestic violence-simple assault charge.
Joshua C. Pelletier, 25, of Dalton Lane in Hampton, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine charge.
Daniel A. Stewart, 50, of Mo-Sett Avenue in Goffstown, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest on a civil violation court order.
Conrad T. Allen, 29, of Central Street in Somersworth, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of fentanyl charge.
Loretta A. Mearls, 53, of Queen Street in Worcester, MA, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a theft charge and two bench warrants – one out of Manchester for theft by deception and another out of Concord District Court for credit card fraud.
Shawn P. DeFeo, 48, of Brockton Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Aug. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a shoplifting charge as well as four arrest warrants out of Salem for willful concealment, two counts of reckless conduct, disobeying an officer, and failure to yield, as well as on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft charge and a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for speeding.
