Hampton Man Arrested On A Violation Of Privacy Charge: Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Kristyn M. Russ, 51, of Manchester was arrested at 9:37 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2022, on a driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. She was arrested at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and A Street.

Jonathan Noe Mejia Zelayandia, 19, of Worcester, Massachusetts, and Thomas Vincent Murray III, 20, of Worcester, MA, were arrested on warrants for manufacture-possess false government ID charges. They were arrested at police headquarters.

A 41-year-old man from Kennebunk, Maine, was taken into protective custody at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 31 after police were sent to a disorderly conduct incident at Ashworth Avenue and M Street.

George E. Ellison, 57, of Hampton was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a violation of a protective order charge on Exeter Road.

Jane Louise Fougere, 22, of Newfields was cited at 6:17 p.m. on Aug. 31 on reckless operation and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Winnacunnet Road.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Ocean Boulevard.

Michaela Jean Worrall, 23, of Hampton was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Aug. 31 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at the Sea Dip Motel on G Street.

Greggory Arnold, 42, of Hampton was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a reckless operation charge at police headquarters.

A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody-intoxication at Bernie’s Beach Bar on Ocean Boulevard at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 30.

A 28-year-old woman from North Lauderdale, Florida, was taken into protective custody due to alcohol at 11 p.m. on Aug. 30 after a disorderly conduct incident on P Street.

Shawn M. Welsh, 37, of Epping was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a warrant on conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Kyle Lapointe, 40, of Hampton was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a violation of privacy charge warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Christian K. Clermont, 23, of Medford, MA, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Aug. 30 on riot and two disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.
