Hampton Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Alabama man indicted on deadly weapon charges in Windham; out-of-staters indicted on theft charges; man indicted on Route 125 charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Suzanne Filan, unknown age and address in New York, on a felony theft of services charge. She was accused of renting space and catering from Rye Airfield Skatepark, without the intention to pay, by credit card and then being charged back on May 17, 2019.
Chelsea E. Foley, 31, of Charles Street in Londonderry on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing a syringe underneath her foot in an effort to impair an investigation on Nov. 12, 2022, in Londonderry.

Andrew Garrett, 62, of Godfrey Avenue in Fort Payne, Alabama, on felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon, felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and attempted simple assault charges. He was accused of placing Windham police officers in danger by pulling out a metal object or hook and holding it in his fist while posturing in a fight stance and swinging at the officers on Feb. 13.
Bryan F. Govostes, 38, of Main Street in Somersworth on reckless conduct-deadly weapon-extended term of imprisonment and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 125, passing multiple vehicles in a no-passing zone, and driving in the left turn lane, and striking a police cruiser on Dec. 7, 2021, in Kingston.

Rob Roy Haskell Sr., 35, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and four sexual assault charges. He was accused of causing an intrusion and fondling a girl on Sept. 12, 2022, in Newington.
Benjamin Huson, 33, of North Main Street in Newton on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 17, 2022, in Epping.
Deshun L. Jackson Jr., 23, of Veron Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s in Seabrook on Jan. 27.
Brian James Kalil, 41, of Furnace Brook Parkway in Quincy, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing an Owlet Dream Sock from Target on April 11, 2022, in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Scott E. Knowles, 60, incarcerated at the time of the indictment in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of not registering with Hampton police between Feb. 15 and March 2.
