Alleged Fentanyl, Heroin Dealer Faces 3 Counts: Log
Police: Gilford, Concord women arrested on felony theft charges; Deerfield woman charged with DWI after crash on Manchester Street.

CONCORD, NH - Dacia C. Martin, 22, pictured, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on April 26, 2016, on three counts of felony sale of controlled drugs-heroin, fentanyl, after alleged incidents on Broken Ground Drive on March 22, March 24, and March April 1, 2016. Martin, according to an arrest report, “was developed as a person of interest in an unrelated burglary investigation.” She was arrested at The Best Western on Hall Street and, according to police, reportedly denied the allegations. Martin is due in court on May 23.

Ashley Salanitro, 23, of Tate Road in Gilford, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on April 14, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident on Jan. 28, 2016, at Jared on Loudon Road. She was arrested by Laconia Police on the arrant and had a court date on May 16.

Eric A. Nicolay, 38, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on April 9, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Newport District Court for nonpayment of fines a driving after revocation or suspension charge, $980 cash to settle. Officers were sent to the Mennino Place Apartments for a report of an intoxicated woman banging on the door of an apartment. When they arrived, they informed Nicolay of the warrant. He reportedly stated that he thought he paid all his fines and was arrested.
Lisa A. Markle, 41, of McKee Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on April 7, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident in September 2015 at the Rite Aid on Fort Eddy Road. She’s due in court on May 23.

Bryan Govostes, 31, of Skyline Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on April 6, 2016, for conduct after an accident from December 2015 on South Main Street. He was arrested by Hampton Police on the Concord warrant and had a court date on May 16.
Kennard A. Matthews, 23, of Bridge Street in Henniker, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on April 4, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Candia District Court from March 25, 2016. He was arrested on Downing Street while police were looking for a missing juvenile. Matthews had a court date on May 16.
Michael D. Morin, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on March 17, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from November 2015 for possession of controlled drugs, $350 cash to settle. He was arrested at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. He had a court date on April 25.
Cristina Czarnecki, 42, of McCarron Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on March 15, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension after an accident on Manchester Street near Stratham Tire. Czarnecki, according to police, allegedly smelled like alcohol, had glassy eyes, and blurred speech. “She told (an officer) that she had consumed a lot of vodka today,” according to the report. Czarnecki reportedly didn’t have her license and a check yielded a suspension notice from five days before for refusal of implied consent law, according to the report. She was asked to perform a field sobriety test, allegedly had problems keeping her balance, and was arrested. During processing, she allegedly stated she was arrested for DWI in Auburn and the reporting officer noted that she was using a different name as an identifier. Czarnecki had a court date on March 28.
Timothy R. Potter, 53, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on March 14, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault from an alleged incident on Feb. 19, 2016, on Manchester Street. He had a court date on March 15.
Amanda Meattey, 24, of Smith Road in Antrim, received a summons at 2:45 p.m. on March 12, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road after allegedly concealing nearly $45 worth of items in her purse. She had a court date on April 25.
Michael D. Gruette, 38, of Ridge Road in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 4:07 a.m. on March 12, 2016, on a warrant out of the Tilton Police Department for willful concealment. He was arrested after police were sent to South State Street for a different call for service, saw Gruette “crossed the street prior to passing by our location and appeared suspicious in nature,” ran a check on his vehicle, and found he had an active warrant.
