Hampton Woman Arrested On Domestic Violence, Threat Charges: Log

HAMPTON, NH — Julio A. Mendez, 32, of Manchester was cited at 11:42 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2022, on driving after revocation or suspension and possession of marijuana; three-quarters of ounce or less, first or second charges. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Ocean Boulevard and Dumas Avenue.

Erick Frederick Fallon, 46, of Rochester was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on Aug. 23 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident on Brown Avenue.

Leon Brown, 27, of Yuma, Arizona, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a driving or operating under influence of drugs or liquor charge. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and H Street. Brown and a 26-year-old man from Haverhill, MA, were taken into protective custody due to intoxication, according to police.

Kathryn T. Cronin, 40, of Rowley, MA, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Aug. 23 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident at the L Street Tavern.

Scott Markey, 33, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at Springhill Suites on Exeter Road.

Ashley Kurtz, 34, of Hampton was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on Aug. 22 on domestic violence-threatens to use deadly weapon to terrorize and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Bragg Avenue.

Alma Reardon, 28, of Bethlehem was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at Wally’s Pub on Ashworth Avenue. A 30-year-old Bethlehem man was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol.

Tara A. Savage, 48, of Hampton was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident at Taylor River Estates.

Douglas James Dipesa, 44, of Derry was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Aug. 21 on driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, and misuse of plates charges after an incident in the overflow parking lot of the Ashworth Hotel.

Gary Richard Wolpert, 73, of Rindge was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a disorderly conduct charge after a crash at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and J Street.

Logan W. Churchill, 18, of Brewer, Maine, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on Aug. 21 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident at the Hampton House Hotel on Ocean Boulevard.

Libby M. Bellemare, 44, of Newmarket was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 21 on a driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge after an incident at Exit 12 and Route 111 intersection off Route 101.

Michaela McKenna, 35, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on Aug. 21 on a driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. She was arrested at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and C Street. McKenna, along with a 37-year-old Plaistow man, was taken into protective custody, according to police.
