​Judge Orders Mass. Man Arrested for DUI, Reckless Conduct: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Andy A. Mazara, 24, of Cambridge Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a reckless conduct charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer, and on a judge’s order to arrest for DUI.

Carmen F. Pecoraro, 34, of Elm Street in Saco, ME, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2017, on another agency’s warrant.

Corey M. Lee, 33, of Pine Land Park in Milton, was arrested on Feb. 1, 2017, on a warrant.

Matthew S. Balukas, 28, of Mica Point Road in Barrington, was arrested on Feb. 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of fentanyl charge.

Eric S. Fox, 33, of Pinehurst Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for a probation violation of an original charge of heroin possession and contempt capias-marital non-support.

Ryan J. Will, 26, of Sinai Circle in Chelmsford, MA, was arrested on Jan. 30, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Kevin P. Bemis, 34, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a show cause hearing on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.
