NHSP Arrest Alleged Drug Dealers, Numerous Drivers for DWI

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Troop A

Elise Roux, 27, of Windham, ME, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for DUI (second or third), possession controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug: sched 1-4, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, open container, and failure to use turn signal. She was arrested in Hampton.

Timothy Witham, 27, of Nottingham, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer. He was arrested in Somersworth.

Ajuoung Malual, unknown age, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for DUI, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and driving after revocation and suspension. Malual was arrested in Hampton.

David Stockbridge, 52, of Somersworth, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for aggravated DUI, DUI (second or third), and driving under the influence. He was arrested in Hampton.

Heidi Hilton, 35, of Somersworth, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for DUI. She was arrested in Rollinsford.

Michael Juozokas, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspended vehicle registration after a traffic stop on Epping.

Stephen Belanger, 54, of Brentwood, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for DUI and conduct after an accident in Brentwood.

James Bruno, 36, of Fremont, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested in Hampton Falls.

Joseph Girouard III, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for aggravated DUI, DUI, and disobeying an officer. He was arrested in Portsmouth, reportedly with a passenger under 16 in the vehicle.

Michael Costello, 57, of West Newbury, MA, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested in Seabrook.

John Noonan, 43, of Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested in Portsmouth.

Stephen Schaeffer, 37, of Deerfield, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on Nov. 10, 2016, for DUI in Candia.

Nicholas Leone, 27, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute after a traffic stop in North Hampton.

Tevin Reid, 21, of Roslindale, MA, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for reckless operation in Portsmouth.

Troop B

Heather Lewis, 25, of Merrimack, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for two counts of DUI, two counts of DUI (second or third), and four counts of resisting arrest or detention on Granite Street in Manchester.

Tony Ananda, 18, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on the northbound side of the Everett Turnpike near Exit 15.

Angel Valle, 58, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.

Kylie Magoon, 21, of Candia, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and transporting drugs in a moto vehicle. He was arrested on I-293 South in Manchester.

Christopher Platt, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike.

Zachary Carrier, 25, of Windham, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug Schedule 1-4, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 3.

Donald Grover, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for aggravated DUI-0.16+. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 4 in Derry.

Randall Morse, 36, of Nottingham, was arrested at 5:25 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for four counts of domestic violence-simple assault and obstructing the report of a crime or injury. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North in Bedford.

Kevin Cummings, 57, of Salem, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on I-93 South in Manchester.

Troop C

Reginald French, 50, of Winchester, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, for possession of controlled drug-heroin or crack, less than 1 gram, in Keene.

Stanley Hamilton, 68, of Brattleboro, VT, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for report of injury to a dog.

Garrett Eck, 18, of Weatogue, CT, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for speeding 11-15 mph over 55 limit and transportation of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop on Route 10 in Winchester.

Jason Halverson, 34, of Stoddard, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for driving after suspension and 21-25 mph over the 55 speed limit on Route 9 in Nelson.

Christian Wolhok, 26, of Keene, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for driving after revocation-subsequent. He was arrested in Keene.

Troop D

Christopher Paiva, 20, of Braintree, MA, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol/intoxication. He was arrested on the northbound side of I-93 in Concord near Exit 12.

Alfonson Berdun, 50, of Kitchener, Ont., was arrested at 5:37 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for reckless operating after an alleged incident on I-89 South in Bow.

Daud Farah, 20, of Revere, MA, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for reckless operation and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on I-89 South near Exit 11.

John Phelan, 44, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for driving after revocation of suspension. He was arrested on I-93 South in Bow.

James Harris, 21, of Concord, was arrested for reckless operation at 12:23 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, on Route 202 near Route 114 in Henniker.

Stephen Pro, 23, of Keene, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after a traffic stop on I-89 South near Exit 2 in Concord.

Richard Kalian, 54, of North Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, for DUI impairment. He was arrested on Whitney Road in Concord.

Shawn St. Lawrence, 61, of Billerica, MA, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on Exit 1 off-ramp of I-89 South.

Nichole Dubaniewicz, 41, of Claremont, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, for DUI. She was arrested on I-89 South in Bow.

Troop E

Melissa Ramos, unknown age, of South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, on Route 16 in Wakefield for arrest prior to requisition.

Josiah Sutherland, 18, of Ossipee, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Vincent Davis, 31, of Tamworth, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for disorderly conduct and criminal threatening. He was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Christopher Valle, 20, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for possession of marijuana on Route 16 in Wakefield.

James Platts, 41, of Groton, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on I-93 North in Canterbury.

Dennis Doucet, 19, of Leominster, MA, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested on Route 16 in Conway.

Nicole Quigley, 21, of Tamworth, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Chocorua. Also arrested was Cory Wootten, 27, of Wolfeboro, for possession of a controlled drug.

Ward Boewe, 55, of Sandwich, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for DUI and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested on Route 16 near White Lake State Park.

Jessica Bemis, 23, of Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Danielle Bilodeau, 29, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail on Route 28 in Ossipee.

William Boucher, 58, of Auburn, ME, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Geoffrey Hilliard, 39, of Meredith, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for uninspected vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and carrying or selling weapons. He was arrested on Route 3 near Cumberland Farms.

Tiffany Rehm, 36, of Lisbon, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Troop F

Manal Ahmed, 28, of Willingboro, NJ, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for reckless operation in Holderness.

Kaycee Conkonis, 18, of Lunenburg, MA, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol in Holderness.

Michael Geoffroy, 52, of Lyman, was arrested for being a habitual offender at 1:23 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016. He was arrested in Bath.

Jonathan Vanscoter, 30, of Plymouth, was arrested in Rumney on a warrant at 10:41 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2016.

Garrite Belanger, 25, of Straford, was arrested at 8:56 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for stalking. He was arrested in Lancaster.

Tommy Ferren, 32, of Groveton, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime or injury. He was arrested in Groveton.

Stephen Augustin, 32, of Berlin, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled drug at 7:24 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016.

Derek Hamel, 38, of Columbia, was arrested for DWI at 9:01 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, in Columbia.

Roy Leach IV, 54, of Hampton, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and alcohol ignition interlock violation. He was arrested in New Hampton.

Donna Collette, 57, of Bridgewater, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for criminal threatening. She was arrested in Bridgewater.

Kim Gross, 50, of Boston, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for reckless operation and operating after suspension. Gross was arrested in Ashland.

Sarah Wilson, 23, of Derry, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. on Nov. 12, 206, for possession of a controlled drug after a traffic stop on Ashland.
