Londonderry Man Indicted On Child Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Salisbury man indicted on indecent exposure charge again; man indicted on child sexual abuse images; NC man faces 9 assault charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Gerald Allan LeBlanc, 62, of Locust Street in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of pleasuring himself while standing in an aisle at the Walmart in Seabrook on Sept. 12, 2022. He was convicted in the past, including indecent exposure in Malden MA District Court in March 2002; lewd and lascivious conduct in May 1994 in Lowell MA Jury Of 6 Court; and lewd and lascivious conduct in February 1993 in Woburn MA District Court.
Christopher J. Peek, 34, of Capitol Hill Drive in Londonderry on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation-extended term of imprisonment and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation-extended term of imprisonment-less than 13 years old charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling and striking a child between Oct. 25, and Oct. 26, 2022, in Londonderry.

Ricardo Tejada, 30, of Kingston Road in Exeter on three distribution of child sexual abuse images and four possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. Ryan Todd Dean, 39, of Union Street in Exeter on criminal mischief and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of smashing a window and burglarizing New England Truck Center on Sept. 18, 2022.

Dillon Patrick Denton, 20, of Emerson Avenue in Hampstead on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of entering a vehicle and stealing items from a vehicle parked at Planet Fitness and stealing a 2020 GMC Sierra from Plaistow on July 6, 2022.
Kathy Ann Desell, 54, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 25, 2022, in Seabrook.
Justin Bruce Digaetano, 33, of Cumberland Avenue in Portland, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge and a conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of driving recklessly, at high rates of speed, putting others in danger in Brentwood, Exeter, Greenland, Hampton, Newington, North Hampton, Portsmouth, Stratham, and other locations in Rockingham County on Oct. 27, 2022.
Mary Elizabeth Suzanne Fairfield, 31, of Briarwood Lane in Amherst on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, which she believed had probably been stolen, on Jan. 6 in Salem. Elijah Carldale Farrington, 22, of Rankin Lake Road in Gastonia, North Carolina, on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges and seven domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling, kneeing onto the throat of, pushing, throwing milk at, pushing into a stove, pushing into a refrigerator, punching, pushing onto a bed, and spitting in the face of an intimate partner on Nov. 14, 2022, in Northwood.
