Massachusetts Man Arrested On DUI, Reckless Operation, Other Charges: Hampton Police Log

14-year-old cited for driving with no license; Port City man faces DUI charge; teens face theft, possession-intoxication, disorderly counts.

HAMPTON, NH — A 25-year-old man from Lynn, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody due to alcohol at 10:49 p.m. on July 20, 2023, after a disorderly conduct incident at 146 Ashworth Avenue.

Zachary D. Garnett, 26, of Woburn, MA, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on July 20 on driving under the influence, reckless operation, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as an unlawful passing on the right violation. He was arrested after a crash at Cristy’s Pizza on 1 Riverview Terrace.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on July 20 on false report to law enforcement and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. He was arrested after a disorderly conduct incident at 89 Ashworth Avenue.

Carlos E. Montalvo, 23, of Portsmouth was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on July 20 on a driving under the influence charge. A 21-year-old man from Portsmouth was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol. Montalvo was arrested after a traffic stop on M Street.

A 48-year-old woman from Norwood, MA, was taken into protective custody due to alcohol at 12:44 a.m. on July 20 after an incident at O Street and Ashworth Avenue.

Dylan Arnold, 20, of Revere, MA, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on July 19 on an unlawful possession-intoxication violation after a liquor law violation investigation on L Street.

A 33-year-old woman from Amesbury, MA, was taken into protective custody due to alcohol at 10:24 p.m. on July 19 after a suspicious activity investigation at JB’s Seafood on Ocean Boulevard.

Kaleb Ramirez-Presley, 19, of Arlington, MA, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on July 19 on a disorderly conduct charge and an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. He was arrested in the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom parking lot after a disorderly conduct investigation.

A 14-year-old was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on July 19 on an operating without a valid license charge. A 13-year-old and a 16-year-old were taken into protective custody. The teen was arrested after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and D Street.

Bricky A. Butler, 62, of Portsmouth was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on July 19 on a criminal trespass charge. Also charged were a 16-year-old for criminal trespass and unlawful possession-intoxication, a 16-year-old for unlawful possession-intoxication, and a 16-year-old for unlawful possession-intoxication, resisting arrest or detention, simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and a criminal trespass charges. They were all arrested after an incident at the Ashworth Hotel on Ocean Boulevard.
