North Hampton Man Arrested on Cocaine Sales Charge

Rockingham County Sheriffs recently made the following arrests:

Eric M. Emery, 27, of Candia Road in Deerfield, was arrested on March 30, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrests, ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Brandon M. Donovan, 28, of Kennebec Drive in Lisbon, ME, was arrested on March 30, on a violation of probation charge (the original charge was possession of hydrocodone) and for possession of diazepam.

Sarah B. Thornton, 25, of Sandown Road in Danville, was arrested on March 30, for operating without a valid license.

Dereck A. Leighton, 37, of Hope Drive in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on a failure to appear at disp conference (operating, habitual). He was arrested on March 31.

Michael J. Baker, 51, of Howe Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on March 31, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a reckless conduct charge as well as aggravated DUI, two counts of DUI, disobeying an officer, possession of marijuana, cont premises where drug kept, and transporting alcoholic beverages.

Eric S. Fox, 31, of Pinehurst Avenue in Derry, was arrested on a violation of parole/probation on a possession of clonazepam charge. He was arrested on March 31.

Carson A. Powers, 25, of Hayes Place in Portsmouth, was arrested on April 1, for judge’s order def sentence on a control premises where drug kept charge.

Katie Schmidt, 30, of Raymond Drive in Seabrook, was arrested on April 1, on a bench warrant (driving after revocation) and failure to appear in small claims court.

Jonathan D. Peters, 30, of Red Fox Run Road in North Hampton, was arrested on a def sent on a cocaine sales charge on April 1.

Heidi Rowe, 33, of Sandpiper Path in North Hampton, was arrested on April 1, for failure to appear at in civil court.

Travis C. Sawyer-Neenan, 26, of Forest Court in Seabrook, was arrested on April 1, on a bench warrant out of Hampton for cont acts prohibited.

Alyssa A. Ramalho, 25, of Gold Street in Manchester, was arrested on April 1, for failing to appear at a burglary charge arraignment.

Irvin F. Diaz, 24, of MCI Cedar Junction in Walpole, MA, was arrested on April 1, for judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at receiving stolen property, conduct after an accident, and operating after suspension charges.

Kelsey L. Donahue, 22, of Rockingham Road in Derry, was arrested on April 1, for failure to appear at the plea/sentencing on three counts of forgery and possession of oxycodone.

Robert B. Garcia, 50, of Oriental Gardens in Portsmouth, was arrested on April 1, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Kenneth J. Dunne Sr., 54, of Gorham Street in Chelmsford, MA, was arrested on April 2, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of cocaine.

Nathan B. Copeland, 21, of Glenside Avenue in Billerica, MA, was arrested on April 3, on a violation of probation or parole on two counts of forgery.

Donald S. Fraize II, 27, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry, was arrested on April 3, for judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on heroin, receiving stolen property, and false reports to law enforcement officers charges.
