• Hampton Beach Seafood Festival 2026: What to know about food, crafters and music (seacoastonline.com) — Hampton residents can get ready for the 37th Hampton Beach Seafood Festival, returning Sept. 11–13 with road closures on Ocean Boulevard, extensive shuttle options, and accessible parking from multiple Hampton lots. Expect more than 50 restaurants, live music on two stages, races, yoga on the beach, a cornhole tournament, fireworks, and a lobster roll–eating contest drawing thousands to the shoreline.
   

• Judge denies Common Man Roadside's injunction in I‑95 liquor store bidding dispute (fosters.com) — Hampton residents following the future of the I‑95 liquor store plazas will want to know a judge has denied Common Man Roadside's bid to halt the state's bidding process, allowing the Liquor Commission's selection review to move forward. The ruling keeps the door open for a new developer at the highway sites and comes as Hampton Beach also weighs a Marguerite Motel condo conversion and prepares for the Seafood Festival.
   

• Bridge connecting Hampton, Seabrook set to open without lighting (wmur.com) — Hampton drivers and pedestrians will soon be using the new bridge to Seabrook, but for now it's slated to open without overhead lighting. Town officials, with help from Executive Councilor Janet Stevens, are pressing the state to add lights, debating who would install, operate, and maintain them before traffic starts flowing in a few weeks.
