Rockingham Sheriffs Make Drug, Theft, Burglary Arrests

Maine habitual offender arrested on DUI-drug, other charges and a Manchester man was arrested on receiving stolen property, other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Peter C. Lorenzen, 47, of Lupin Lane in Casco, ME, was arrested on April 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a habitual offender charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for DUI-second or third, drugs, and on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after revocation.

Dustin L. Gagnon, 30, pictured lower right, of Blossom Street in Nashua, was arrested on April 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.

Joshua K. Peno, 26, pictured lower center, of Stage Road in Nottingham, was arrested on April 12, 2017, on a bench warrant out of Brentwood District Court on a theft charge.

Samuel A. Bergholm, 29, pictured lower left, of Cutter Road in Temple, was arrested on April 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of possession of heroin.

Brandon D. Berube, 21, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested on April 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft, on a judge’s order to arrest for burglary, and on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property.

Elijah C. Horne, 21, of Overlook Avenue in Gloucester, MA, was arrested on April 10, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.
